VAN DRIVERS WANTED ASAP – TAMWORTH (B78)| Temp to Perm |£13–£15 PH – DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE | 4-5am Starts | 9-12 hour shifts
Barker Ross are recruiting Van Drivers for a fantastic opportunity based in Tamworth. This is a temp-to-perm position, with the potential to become permanent after 12 weeks for the right candidates.
DRIVERS MUST BE CONFIDENT DRIVING MANUAL VEHICLES
Key Details:
- £13–£15 per hour, depending on experience
- Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays
- Day shifts
- Start times between 4am–7am (average start time 5am)
- Approximately 50 hours per week
- Multi-drop food deliveries
- Deliveries using cages (approximately 15 drops per day)
- Physically demanding role with lots of walking (10,000–20,000 steps per day)
- Potential permanent contract after 12 weeks
- DBS check required – Barker Ross will arrange this for successful candidates
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence
- No more than 6 penalty points
- Must be confident driving manual vehicles
