Barker Ross is currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Part-Time Cleaner to join our team at a site in Witham.

Working Days: Monday to Friday, 5:00pm – 8:30pm

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Pay Frequency: Paid weekly

DBS: Basic DBS required
Duties and Responsibilities:

Cleaning and maintaining communal areas to a high standard.

Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors.
-
Cleaning and sanitising surfaces and frequently touched areas.
-
Emptying and changing bins and disposing of waste correctly.
-
Keeping shared facilities clean, tidy and presentable.
-
Replenishing cleaning supplies when required.
-
Following health and safety procedures at all times.
Requirements:
-
Previous cleaning experience preferred.

Valid Basic DBS certificate required.
-
Familiarity with COSHH and the safe handling and use of cleaning chemicals.

Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
-
Good attention to detail.

Must have access to their own car.
Important – Own Transport Essential:
Due to the site's location, there is no suitable public transport available. Applicants must have their own car to travel to and from work. Unfortunately, candidates without access to a car will not be suitable for this position.
