At Barker Ross we support you through every stage of your journey with the training and development you need in order to excel through your career with us. This will include structured training via workshops and centrally as well as nationally recognised training in conjunction with support and mentoring internally.
Apprentices and Students
We are always on the look out for young people who may not have the relevant work experience but are the right personality for our business.
In the last 3 years our apprenticeship programme has recruited over 20 Apprentices and we also take Students from college or university on an ad hoc basis, especially if they have studied subjects relevant to our key sectors, such as construction and food manufacturing.
