Refer a friend - T&C

Here is the legal stuff...

  • This scheme is effective from 5th October 2018 and Barker Ross reserves the right to terminate the scheme at any time without notice
  • The Refer a Friend Scheme only applies if your friend is placed in a Construction job (Construction Trades & Labour, Construction Management, Piling, Plant, Civil Engineering
  • The Refer a Friend Scheme is operated in accordance with the Barker Ross Privacy Policy
  • There are no limits to the number of referrals an individual can make
  • The Referrer must already be registered with Barker Ross in order to be eligible for the referral scheme
  • The candidate that is referred must not have worked for Barker Ross Recruitment Ltd on either a temporary or permanent assignment in the 6 months prior to their introduction (referral)
  • The referred candidate must complete 2 weeks work (at least 10 full working days) within 3 months of date of introduction (referral) on temporary positions
  • The value of the referral bonus is £50 (not taxable)
  • In the event a candidate is referred more than once, the referral bonus will be paid to the person that introduced the candidate to Barker Ross first
  • Referral Bonus is paid once the candidate referred has completed 2 weeks work (at least 10 full working days) for Barker Ross
  • Once your friend successfully completes their qualifying period please contact your local office to receive your £50 bonus
  • We can only accept referrals for people already working in the UK, or those who are eligible to work in the UK
  • In the event your friend shall decide not to register with Barker Ross, we will delete his/her details after 30 days of the referral submission
  • It is your responsibility to inform your friend about your submission
