Our client requires a Weekend Receptionist to be the first point of call for their customers coming into their prestigious branch based in Lincoln.
A very high quality of meet and greet, customer service focus and identification of needs is required. The successful candidate will be able to:
- Meet and Greet all customers upon arrival and understand their requirements in a timely and professional manner
- Route all customers to the relevant personnel to ensure that their enquiry is dealt with effectively
- Ensure that customers are looked after in the absence of the customer be attended to immediately
- Serve customers with refreshments and host the waiting area, communicating with the customers in a friendly and professional manner
Our candidate needs to demonstrate a can do attitude and be able to take initiative when required. a comprehensive training package is available and there is the opportunity to grow with the business.
You must be able to deliver excellent customer service standards and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word and Excel.
