A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Stock Control Supervisor (nights) to join a hugely successful business that operates within Retail Fashion. This is a truly exciting time to join their organisation at their Lancashire site as they continue to develop the warehouse function following unprecedented growth, something that is expected to continue well into the future.
The Warehouse Stock Control Supervisor has responsibility for the management of product stock file holdings within the operation, as well as ensuring staff compliance to the stock location policy within the warehouse. This is to include management reporting, liaising with both internal and external departments and departmental budget control. Management and operations training of all inventory and stock put away staff.
What we are looking for:
Experience of supervising the inventory team, managing stock holdings and producing results is vital.
Forward thinking and being operationally experienced to meet the needs of a fast moving product driven business is key. Inventory is a standalone function within Operations and as such the required candidate will be dynamic, a strong and decisive leader, have impeccable attention to detail and strong analytical skills with a drive for perfection.
Colleague engagement and involvement is also very important to the Company and employees will be expected to embrace and encourage colleagues to become an advocate of the brand.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience in e-commerce/e-fulfilment and have experience of warehouse management systems (WMS).
The shifts are 3 on 3 off, working 6pm-6am. Salary is £23,524 with 10% bonus, 40% staff discount, 30 days holidays.
