Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Stock & Administration Manager join a well established and successful 3PL logistics organisation at their site based in Tilbury, Essex. This is an exciting time to join the company as they continue to grow their business and expand their ever growing team.

You will manage a stock admin team of 5 people (working over 24 hours, 5 days per week), ensuring that all warehouse management process are followed to ensure a high degree of inventory accuracy is maintained at all times i.e. stock integrity is constantly at a high level. You will manage the site's IT infrastructure and manage and maintain the site's WMS and provide support and guidance to other members of the team.

The successful candidate will manage the preparation of weekly invoicing for site customers, ensure PI checks are completed on a timely basis in line with customer KPI's and prepare internal and external KPI's. You will also support the management team with ad hoc analysis of different types of data and work within the group on stock and systems projects in liaison with other sites.

My client is looking for an influential hands-on leader who is confident at implementing new protocols that will enhance the efficiently of the workforce. You will need experience as a Warehouse Stock & Administration Manager and have the ability to demonstrate sound leadership and people management skills. You will have excellent attention to detail, offer a genuine can-do attitude and also posses trouble shooter qualities.

WMS Super User and RF Scanners experience is highly desirable.

Salary for this opportunity is £30k-£35k. Working Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. A flexible approach to work is required at the needs of the business.
