Our client based in Wrexham is currently seeking a Transport Admin Clerk to join their team as soon as possible.
This will be a temporary to permanent opportunity with good long term prospects, working Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm with a pay rate of £9.50 per hour.
Working within a small team of 6, duties of the role will include:-
- Responding to emails quickly and precisely regarding delivery queries
- Answering incoming calls from customers regarding deliveries - these calls maybe constant at times due to demand
- Administration tasks including entering and updating spreadsheets and required documentation
- Working towards KPI's and sticking to deadlines
We are looking for someone who has…
- Transport knowledge or some sort of experience in a traffic office
- Strong organisational skills and a flexible approach to work
- Literate in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong customer focus with strong communication skills
