Temporary Office Administrator - Sleaford

Job Description

Our client is a manufacturer of disposable products based in Sleaford and they are looking for a Temporary Office Administrator to join their team as soon as possible.

The role will be temporary on going for approximately 1 month (potentially longer) to support the HR function during busy periods and holiday cover.

You will be required to work Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm with a pay rate of £8.21 per hour.

Duties of the role will include:-

  • Supporting the HR function
  • General administration tasks
  • Cleansing data and paperwork
  • Archiving, filing, faxing, scanning etc.
  • Answering the phone and taking messages

In order to be considered for this role you do need office administration experience, working knowledge of using MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook as well as your own transport in order to reach the remote location of our client.
