Our client is a liquid waste management company based in Grantham and they are looking for a Temporary Office Administrator to join their team as soon as possible.
The role is to cover a period of long term sickness and is estimated to last roughly 6 weeks.
You will be required to work Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with a pay rate of £9.50 per hour.
Duties of the role will include:-
- Administration tasks such as data entering daily
- Answering the phone, taking messages and responding to enquiries
- Filing, faxing, scanning, archiving and sorting documents/paperwork
- Any other adhoc duties as required
We are looking for a strong administrator who can come in and hit the ground running, who is available to start work immediately and happy to cover a temporary assignment.
