This is an 18 month fixed term contract in the first instance but will offer career progression. This is a very customer focussed role and you will need to demonstrate some technical knowledge
Circa £21,000 per annum depending upon experience

Our ideal candidate-
HND / Degree educated in an Engineering subject would be preferred but not essential
Proven recent experience in a customer service role ideally with a technical bias
IT literate with proficiency in MS Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organised and methodical
Ability to multi task
Working with a diverse client base offering technical information on products and applications
Dealing with inbound sales enquiries
Make sure customers are advised of any unplanned issues regarding orders
Any other administrative duties as required
