Technical Engineering / Construction Administrator (£19.000 to £25.000 depending on experience)
You will have the opportunity to work for a company specialise in managing the supply and installation of electrical and energy solutions, giving you a great opportunity to enhance your career and CV
You will provide technical administrative support to the electrical costing and projects department.
You will be loading estimates from construction specifications.
You will be responsible for communicating with suppliers and sub contractors to help secure the best prices possible.
You will have an understanding of contracts and creating back to back agreements supported via a third party.
You will be responsible for managing health and safety for the business.
You will responsible for amending and collating information from tender drawings, and collating and producing O&M manuals
You will also be responsible for imputing data for the Bid manager.
You will also be required to visit our sites occasionally
You will have excellent Microsoft skills - especially Excel and Word
You must have C - Grade and above GCSE's
You must also have construction industry knowledge and be IOSH trained to be considered for this role.
You will self motivated and be able to prioritise and manage your own workload.
You will be friendly and have an enthusiastic approach and be able to work part as a team.
You would preferably have CAD experience and have a full UK driving licence.
A NEBOSH qualification would be an advantage but is not essential.
