Site Supervisor for refurbishment, repairs and maintenance on Decent Homes and Social Housing projects (Temp to Perm Contract great rates of pay and company vehicle ) In the Leicestershire area

You will be responsible for:
- All site health and safety
- Overseeing site trade and sub-contractor staff
- Hands on being able to demonstrate quality of work
- Day to day repairs and refurbishments of live and void properties
- Make sure all toolbox talks are covered by all site staff
To be the right person for the role you must be the following:
- Have a Iosh or Nebosh qualification
- CSCS Card
- SMSTS or SSSTS
- Asbestos awareness
- Be able to demonstrate high levels of Health and Safety
- Experience in refurbishments, repairs and maintenance
- Full UK driving Licence
