Exciting opportunity For a Service Parts Sales Administrator to join a busy Industrial Service Department based in Coalville.
- Working with the existing Parts Sales Administrator to handling of inbound requests for parts prices including Identification of industrial parts, subcomponents and accessories
- Order processing and despatch of Customer parts orders, returns and warranty claims
- Managing the complete supply chain of orders from factory to customer in the most time efficient manner
- Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Be able to handle a fast paced department
- Have the ability to think on your feet
- Have good sound administrative skills with attention to detail
- Work well under pressure and abide to precise time lines
- Training on processes and systems will be supplied if required.
- Experience of working within a similar parts role preferable
Mon- Thurs 08:30 - 17:00, Friday 08:30 - 16:30 30 mins lunch
Up to £19,000
