Service Manager required for Greater Manchester area
Barker Ross are recruiting for an interim service manager for a 4 month period to lead on the management of specific projects within the Reablement and Supported Living services.
You will be required to support the closure of an in house reablement service and support the formal transfer of existing Reablement workers to new external providers along with managing the current Supported Living function.
You will be working with the current Team Manager to support staff to resolve difficulties and overcome ongoing challenges within the service, to ensure that a continuing high standard of care and support is delivered to service users in Trafford's supported accommodation.
