Service Delivery Manager, Leicestershire, £45,000 - £50,000 per annum + Company Car, 25 days annual leave and company benefits.


You will have the opportunity to join a thriving facilities management organisation in the Leicester area delivering HVAC, electrical and mechanical maintenance services - due to expansin and ongoing growth strategy this organisation are looking to recruit an experienced service manager/service delivery manager to manage the operational engineers across the UK.

Job Role

You will be responsible as Service Delivery Manager for ensuring maximum efficiency between the field engineers and back of house operation is maintained to a high level of competency, monitoring engineer planning, skill sets and both internal and external KPI's are met.

You will be responsible for mentoring and managing supervisors inclusive of training, appraisal and disciplinary & greivance. You will be responsible for the field teams and also the service desk team - effective management of the process is key to maintaining a quality customer experience.

You will be responsible for resources, recruitment and subsequent vetting of engineers to ensure that relevant qualification and experience is evident for the particular job role. You will liaise closely with account managers to ensure you are ahead of the game on contract requirements and new contracts won by the organisation.


You will have a relevant trade qualification and experience in a service manager/service delivery manager role. You will have good communication skills and have the ability to liaise with different levels of colleague and customer. You will have good IT skills including the expertise in Microsoft Office products.

You will be a self-starter who can manage time effectively and prioritise tasks in order of importance in an ever changing environment. You will be able to develop within the role and embed yourself into a growing facilities management organisation.
