Senior Site/Project Manager (£50-60K DOE + Benefits)
A great opportunity has arisen for a Senior Site/Project Manager to further your career
You will be working for one of the largest privately owned construction company's in the UK, who are a focused main contractor and have experience in multi sector design and build projects.
With projects of the value up to £20m in the commercial sector, using a flexible and dynamic approach allows them to design and build effectively in the environment in which they work.
You will have the responsibility for the day to day running of site quality control, health and safety, ordering materials, the recruitment of labour and ensuring the project completes to budget and on time.
You will be working on commercial build sites across a broad spectrum of specialist projects, engaging the whole site team from labourers to the design and planning team. Reporting to the contracts manager any issues with health and safety, cost and quality of works.
You will have experience of working for a large regional contractor,
- Worked on projects of up to £20m
- Be loyal and have proven job longevity
- Have the relevant qualifications for site management work
- An ability to resolve issues
- Be self motivated
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be a strong leader
- Be able to demonstrate safe working practices
- Have a full clean driving licence
