Sales Manager 18 month fixed term contract (£45,000 to £48,000 depending on experience)
You will be working for a large Social Housing Organisation based in London, giving you an ideal opportunity to enhance your career and CV
As the Sales Manager you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the sales team to support the delivery of the private sales budget, to achieve the disposal of the organisations private sales programme in line with business targets.
You will be responsible for the production and sign off of marketing briefs and plans to ensure the efficient and effective use of the marketing budget.
You will have to monitor the effectiveness of marketing strategies in delivering sales and where appropriate take action to achieve an on track performance.
You will represent the sales team at project development meetings to ensure sales and marketing needs are agreed.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all sales enquiries, leads, offers and cancellations are recorded and reported weekly to monitor effectiveness of sales and marketing strategies.
You will have demonstrable experience of working in a private sales property environment.
You will also have demonstrable operational management experience or similar with the ability to lead a team to achieve sales revenue targets and excellence in customer service.
You will have experience of understanding of legal and regulatory framework affecting sales and lettings of all sales products.
You will be able to build and manage relationships with key external stakeholders
You must have excellent IT skills
You must have a full UK driving licence with the use of a vehicle for work purposes.
You must be able to travel nationally and internationally to support the sales delivery.
