We are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to work on a permanent basis for our client based in Tilbrook, Milton Keynes.
Working Monday to Friday, 8:30Am to 5PM.
Paying £18,000 and £21,000 depending on experience.
You will need hold previous experience within a similar role and be confident in administration duties as well as on making telesales calls to existing and lapsed customers.
You must be competent with Excel at intermediate level and ideally hold Sage experience.
You will be responsible for dealing with incoming sales enquiries and assisting the sales force with daily sales administration activities.
You will need to ensure the customer demands are met and the best customer service is given at all times.
Your duties will include:
- Raise Sales Quotations
- Process Sales Orders
- Daily Stock Checks
- Handle Customer Queries
- Telesales to lapsed / existing customers
- Handle Postage/Franking
- Archive Daily
- Provide Support to the Sales Managers
- Carry out any ad hoc Administrative Duties
- Handle incoming sales calls
- Comply with ISO protocols
- Comply with company protocols
- Update Admin Trackers
- Manage Back Orders
- Manage POD's
- Key Account Management
- Process Returns
- Handling Export Sales
- Meet & Greet
- Providing cover to colleagues
