Job Description

Barker Ross Health & Social Care is currently working with a well known company for a newly established Childrens Residential Home within Hemsworth, West Yorkshire. They are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to join the award winning company.

The role of a Registered Manager is varied and you will be constantly developing as you develop and Manage the Home. The Childrens Residential Home is a newly established home based in Hemsworth caring for young people and children with EBD and Challenging Behaviors.

As a Registered Manager you will take full responsibility of the home, you will be expected to maintain the already high standards and Manage the Home in a professional and respected manner.
You will be working with a number of different professionals such as, Social Workers, Therapists and Education Services.
Managing a team to deliver the best outcome to each individual young person with EBD and Challenging Behaviors.
You will research into the local activities within the Hemsworth area for the individuals to take part in.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within a Childrens Residential Home, you will have an NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management and an NVQ Level 3 in Childrens and Young Peoples workforce.
You will have at least 2 years recent Ofsted inspections with a Good or Outstanding rating.
