The Opportunity

Due to expansion of our Nottingham office Barker Ross Recruitment currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a proven history of strong billing within Health & Social Care. Nottingham is where it all started for Barker Ross Health & Social Care back in 2009. This is our longest established and most successful branch and led by our Business Manager who consistently leads the league tables!

The Company

Joining our well established team in our Nottingham office, the successful candidate will ideally have worked in the Health & Social Care sector or have a background in recruitment or sales

We are an independent company with a network of offices around the country. This makes us ideally situated to help the right people find the right positions in collaboration.

We work closely with Local Authorities, NHS and private and Voluntary organisations to provide the highest quality staff. We focus on quality over quantity and develop strong relationships with our clients to maximise supply potential and achieve repeat business.

The Role

We are looking for dynamic people with a proven track record within recruitment. This role requires someone with a strong sales ethic, good presentation skills and the ability to fill vacancies quickly and effectively for a demanding client base.

The Nottingham office is looking to expand its existing team and the Barker Ross Group is also expanding so there will be excellent opportunities for career progression across the group.

You will be comfortable with making outbound sales calls to both new and existing clients and also be comfortable with the need to deliver and exceed both revenue and activity based targets.

Perhaps you are new to recruitment but would like to embark upon an exciting, fast paced and highly rewarding career? Or maybe you are already working within the recruitment market in the health and care sector and have had a desk affected by the IR35 changes?

The desk we are looking to grow is not affected by the restrictions of IR35 and so the potential for earnings potential is excellent!
