Job Description

Our client is one of the largest providers of the supported accommodation services various clients such as young people, clients with a history of homelessness, mental health or substance misuse issues. They aim to help vulnerable people find opportunities to change their lives and futures.

Position Available: Quality Manager - Housing and Support (Croydon), 37.5 hours, £35kpa, Permanent

Overall aim

  • To ensure that the organisation has a clear involvement and co-production structure that is ambitious and inclusive.
  • To ensure that co-production and volunteering are fully embedded at every project
  • To lead on internal auditing and continuous improvement
  • To support managers and staff to develop practice
  • To maintain an overview of information and data as a tool to driving forward service improvement

The Quality Manager will be expected to;

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience of delivering and facilitating training
  • Experience of project management
  • Experience of producing information and statistics for a range of end users
  • Experience of managing projects and initiatives to deadline
  • Knowledge of the issues and barriers facing homeless people and how to overcome these
  • Knowledge of the supported housing sector and of support services offered to vulnerable people
  • An understanding of the key elements of an effective and high quality service
  • An understanding and commitment to the principles of co-production and customer involvement
