Our client is an international, award winning, leading packaging manufacturer to the food & beverage industry.
Due to continued success they are now looking to recruit a permanent Quality Manager for their Bristol site.
Responsibilities for the Quality Manager role include overseeing the quality of goods being produced, data and route cause analysis, managing customer complaints, identifying and resolving any problems, building and maintaining customer relations, participating in production and quality meetings, assisting with employee training, being responsible for corrective actions, working with managers and operators on continuous improvement initiatives, managing quality and continuous improvement projects, and preparing for audits
The ideal Quality Manager candidate will have previous experience of operating at a similar level in a modern manufacturing environment using statistical tools, proven experience of implementing lean initiatives and 5S, and a professional approach in dealing with employees, customers and any issues
Benefits for the Quality Manager role include:
£35,000 to £45,000 per annum dependant upon experience
