Monitoring quality of work processed, General snagging which could involve some small cleaning tasks/valeting. Also
To liaise with QC Supervisor / Workshop Controller on vehicles that falls short of the customer standards.
Duties will include:
To ensure that all repairs have been carried out in line with approved methods to restore the vehicle to original condition.
To ascertain if the job requirements from job cards and estimate have met the customers SLA's.
To assist with maintaining the daily production targets.
To assist with the continuous improvement of the quality control process.
To plan and manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are achieved to deadline, achieving efficiency.
To assist with general workshop loading as and when required.
To notify management when there are possible opportunities for additional efficiencies / cost savings.
To plan and manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are achieved efficiently and to deadline.
To keep a daily record of re-occurring faults and feed the information back to the QC Supervisor/ Workshop Controller and/or Depot Manager.
Hours of work are generally 8am to 5pm.
