Payroll Administrator - Lincoln

Job Description

Our client based in Lincoln is currently seeking a Payroll Administrator to join the team as soon as possible on a 3 to 6 month temporary contract. The role is full time working 9:00am - 5:00pm each week with a pay rate to be discussed depending on experience.

Duties of the role will include:-

  • Providing support and taking responsibility for processing payroll
  • Statutory calculations including SMP, SSP, tax and NI
  • Dealing with any payroll queries
  • Liaising with staff to authorise payment files
  • Updating annual leave requests
  • Running various payroll reports
  • Dealing with any adhoc HMRC queries

The successful candidate should have SAGE Payroll experience, able to work with large payrolls, computer literate with knowledge of Excel, able to prioritise and work to strict deadlines, be a team player and have good communication skills.
