Our client is one of the UK's most successful manufacturers of disposable products, providing innovative, highly decorative tissue products to major retailers in the UK and European markets. They require a Part- Time Transport and Orders Administrator to join their very busy Logistics Team. Although the role is initially temporary, there is a real opportunity to join the team on a permanent basis after a 3 month period.
The hours of work are ideally 10am to 2pm - Monday to Friday, although there is a degree of flexibility within this for the ideal candidate. Duties will include:
- Placing Orders
- Dealing with delivery orders shipped
- Stock Analysis, Transfers & Balance
- UPS Package Admin - this could involve sending out samples of product to both existing clients and potential customers
- Post - daily
- Handling complaints in a timely and professional manner
The ideal candidate, will be self motivated and able to manage their own time effectively. Your own transport is essential due to location...
