Our prestige client who pride themselves on quality & reliability are actively seeking an experienced, proactive and forward thinking Part time Office/ Payroll Administrator who will be responsible for dealing with incoming/ ongoing calls , chasing invoices/ payments and online banking
As a Office/Payroll Administrator your duties will include however not be limited full end to end Payroll duties including responsible for processing all time sheets, expenses, sickness and absence information and assessing for accuracy, whilst ensuring all information is dealt with in a timely manner and processed in line with tight deadlines, handling customer and client queries as needed
The successful Office/Payroll Administrator will:
- have worked in a Payroll position previously
- be able to work with large volumes of information
- have excellent communication skills
- have experience in using sage systems preferred - (Line 50 wages)
- Chasing invoices/ Payments
- have excellent communication skill ESSENTIAL
- be looking to work on a part time basis (3 days a week) ESSENTIAL
Hours would be:
3 days a week form 9:00 - 17:00 (24 hours a week )
Pay rate 8 - 8.50 p/h
