My client are looking for a HR Coordinator with previous HR experience. They are a complex home care provider based in Warwickshire that provide essential, holistic care packages to people in their own home
AS the HR Coordinator you will be providing support to the company Directors, initially 2 to 3 days per week but the role has the potential to grow in the future. A full, clean driving licence is essential as you will occasionally be required to travel to other sites.
As the HR Coordinator you will be:
Organising the recruitment of new staff, advertising roles, administering ad responses and arranging interviews
Dealing with the onboarding of new recruits, creating contracts and processing new starter details
Attending staff disciplinaries
Taking minutes at meetings, writing reports
Previous HR experience is essential
You will have a strong administrative background, experience of taking minutes and report writing would be advantageous
A Full, Clean Driving Licence is essential as you may be travelling to other sites in the local Warwickshire Area
A competitive salary of £18000 to £21000 per annum pro rata
