Outbound Telesales Advisor
We are very excited to offer a permanent opportunity for an experienced Outbound Telesales Advisor to join a growing team, where you will be involved with delivering sustainable and profitable sales growth.
My client is a leading supplier of maintenance, repair and operations products in Europe offering the widest choices to all industries, professions and trades.
Your new role
Joining a driven and successful sales team, you'll be responsible for making volume outbound calls to existing customers, promoting products and services, generating leads and converting these into sales. You'll be working on your own initiative you will continually evaluate opportunities to 'up sell' within your assigned accounts and achieve your sales targets. By providing excellent and friendly customer service, you will generate sales growth and increase customer loyalty. From this, you'll maintain the customer database and data capture your contact with our customers.
This is an office based role, in our new office which is located in Dudley near the Merry Hill shopping centre, at the Waterfront.
What you'll need to succeed
Coming from a telesales background would be advantage, but having excellent analytical skills and ability to find creative solutions to problems, will be the key to your success in this high energy role. You will also have come from a target driven environment, where you are a confident communicator and have strong rapport building skills. Overall to be successful in this role, you'll be able to consistently deliver fantastic customer service to our clients and prospect clients. You will be a team player, yet able to work independently and be self-motived. Example backgrounds from your career history could be; Arco, Bunzl Greenham, Buck & Hickman, and Parker Merchanting.

Hours of work would be standard office hours and working a 40 hr week.
