Operations Manager

Job Description

We are recruiting for an experienced Operations Manager to join a leading provider of contract cleaning services to a range of sectors.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, the successful candidate will have full responsibility for the supply of cleaning services to customers at approximately 120 within Leicestershire and Warwickshire.

Duties include

Overall management of commercial cleaning services
Recruitment, training and on going management of Contract Managers
Control of wage budgets and assist in the preparation of budget reports
Ongoing maintenance of customer relations
Attend and participate in regular management meetings

Key Skills

Previous experience in a similar supervisory role with Contract Cleaning / Facilities Management
Completely flexible with working hours
Ability to organise your own and others workloads efficiently
IT literate with knowledge of MS Office
Able to establish a rapport with service users (clients, members of the public etc.)
