This role exists to provide strategic direction around excellent performance at the operations between two companies within the Daventry area. It will aim to provide a lead in processes and business improvements to satisfy our customers' requirements and to ensure compliance in all areas of the company policies providing the correct reporting, presentation and improvement mechanism. It will ensure we get things right faster, and improve the relationship and processes between business's The role will identify and implement improvements to processes where agreed.
Develop and manage effective customer presentation packs.
Ensure that customer service and excellence is demonstrated within all areas of the operation in line with current policies and procedures.
Hours Am Shift 06.45 - 14.45
Hours PM Shift 15.00 - 2300
