Our client who is a friendly farm shop, butchery and café based just outside of Gainsborough is looking for an Office Assistant to join the team on a full time basis to start in the role as soon as possible. Initially this will be a temporary contract with the opportunity to turn permanent for the right candidate after a period of 12 weeks.
The hours of the role are Monday to Thursday 9:00am - 5:00pm working 30 hours per week.
The main responsibility of the role is offering your support to the office team in a variety of different areas including:-
- Managing the HR records
- Collating and processing pig feed orders
- Invoicing wholesale customers
- Assisting with payroll procedures
- Answering the phones
- General office administration tasks
We are looking for someone who is:-
- Able to complete all tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Friendly and professional with a bubbly personality
- Willing to get stuck in and work to deliver the team's objectives
In order to be considered for the role you will need to have experience in the above duties and have your own transport in order to reach the location of the client.
