Office Administrator - Lincoln

Job Description

Our client is a waste management company who provide collection, landfill, recycling and special waste services to local authorities as well as industrial and commercial clients in the UK.

They are currently seeking an Administrator to join their team on a temporary on going basis with working hours of 9:00am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday.

The successful candidate will have previous office administration experience, will be organised and able to prioritise their workload within a busy environment.

Duties will include:-

  • Answering phone calls from internal and external customers
  • Entering information onto the internal systems
  • Responding to emails and general enquiries
  • Filing, faxing, scanning and other admin tasks
  • General day to day office support duties

We are looking for someone who is IT literate and able to use Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel and has the ability to provide a high level of customer service.
