Office Administrator - Gainsborough

Job Description

Our client based in central Gainsborough is currently seeking an Office Administrator to join their team on a full time basis.

Initially this will be a temporary assignment which is expected to last until September 2018 however; there may be an opportunity for candidates to apply internally.

The hours of work will be 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday and we are looking for someone to start work as soon as possible.

Duties of the role will include:

  • Supporting a busy office environment
  • General day to day administration tasks
  • Answering the phone and dealing with enquiries
  • Email correspondence work
  • Filing, faxing, scanning and other general tasks

We are looking for someone who has previous office support experience, excellent IT skills, telephone confident and able to start work immediately.
