Job Description

Duties to include:

  • Typing letters for the team of manager
  • Preparing quotes
  • batching invoices for payment
  • Raising and issuing invoices for payments
  • Processing payments
  • Additional duties required by the team

Personal Specification:

  • Good IT skills - Word and Excel. Experience of Coins systems is desired but not essential as full training will be given.
  • Good communication skills
  • Good attention to detail

This positions offers an immediate start and for the successful candidate there is the potential for the position to become permanent after 12 weeks.
