Office Administrator

Job Description

  • Handling calls from customers on a daily basis
  • Preparing KPI reports for the management team
  • Updating stock records
  • Arranging delivery of stock
  • Producing delivery notes
  • Additional administrative duties as requested by the Office Manager
  • A good level of IT skills is required for this role including Word, Excel and Sage is preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills
