Office Administration Support

Job Description

My client supports the Lincolnshire County Council and they require an Office Support Admiinistator to join the busy IT - end user computing Team. Duties will include:

This role will be based at our offices in Lincoln

The role will include the following tasks

  • Data entry of stock movements into our stock control system.
  • Processing of installation paperwork.
  • Assisting with other basic office administration duties
  • Assisting with completing stock import spreadsheets
  • Assisting Team with stock checks.
  • Preparing stock disposal paperwork and confirming with 3rd party company what items have been collected with them.
  • Preparing mobile phones for disposal (removing SIM Card and Batteries)

(these last three tasks will involve some handling of stock items around our stock rooms)
