Working a 45 hour week on a flexible basis over 7 days. This will include sleep in's however this is incorporated in your hours each week.
Essential you understand how to work effectively with Learning Difficulties
Can assess and write care plans risk assessments and meet clients outcomes by providing appropriate care to their needs and abilities.
Must have excellent communication and diffusion techniques as some clients can be challenging.
Able to balance finance and excellent IT skills for completing daily notes and rotas.
Respond to health and safety issues and building checks
Working as a team to develop systems and procedures
Other adhoc tasks medication, personal care, moving and handing attending professionalos meeting and some lone working
Candidates that are on the DBS update service will be fast tracked through the registration process. We cannot guarantee hours of work but are looking for candidates who can be flexible and sometimes be available at short notice.
