This global leading 3PL Logistics Company is seeking an experienced Shift Manager to come into the business to support a new contract. This role will be starting on a 13 week Temporary basis but will then become a Permanent role.
Your role is to manage a team of warehouse operatives and non HGV van drivers to ensure timely and accurate collection, sortation and delivery of internal mail and external post / parcels in order to meet and exceed both the customer's requirements whilst staying compliant with all relevant legislation.
- Warehouse Management experience
- Customer Facing approach
- IT Literate
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent organisation
- Able to work under pressure
- FLT License
- Health and Safety (IOSH)
