My client are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and committed Medical Secretary to provide high quality administrative services to senior staff at a private hospital based in Nottingham

The role:

  • Providing secretarial support to senior staff
  • Audio typing correspondence and documents
  • Coordinating clinics and medical appointments
  • Managing diaries

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience as a medical secretary is desirable
  • Excellent audio typing skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent customer skills
  • Committed & Flexible
  • Excellent telephone manner
