Mechanical Contracts Manager for a Electrical Contractor (£35-60k DOE Company Vehicle)
A great opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Contracts Manager to be based in Nottingham
A regional Accredited Commercial and Industrial Electrical Contractor based in Nottingham, which services involve in-house design and build of both Electrical and Data packages with Mechanical works carried out in conjunction with our partnering sub-contractor.
Over the past 6 years they have evolved into a high performing professional Electrical Contractors and currently successfully providing electrical works to local authorities and private clients alike.
You will be running a fairly new arm to the business that allows them to offer complete M&E package for their clients.
You will be focusing on M&E contracts with some major contractors, pricing and design system packages for commercial projects like the Intu Broadmarsh regeneration.
Projects include :
- Heating & Cooling Systems
- Air Conditioning
- Solar Thermal
- Ground Source Heat Pumps
- Domestic Hot & Cold Water Services
- Air Handling Units
- Domestic/Commercial Gas Services
- Under Floor Heating
- Boiler Servicing & Maintenance Packages
- Welded Services
- Commercial Plant Rooms
You will have a mechanical background and be passionate about the job

- Specialise in M&E

- Worked on commercial projects
- Able to use CAD
- Work using your own initiative
- Full UK driving licence
