£30,000 - £34,000 + 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays + additional benefits
Melton Mowbray. Leicestershire

I am recruiting for a Materials Manager, to effectively control all aspects of operational material costs, you will be supporting the Production team with accurate information to enable timely investigations to be made for material usage performance, stock control and cash management.

You will have extensive knowledge of how electronic transactions impact the financial costs of the business
Good understanding of basic lean manufacturing tools such as root cause analysis
Two years plus management experience within a food manufacturing environment
Ability to communicate well at all levels in the business
Good planning and organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
The ability to remain calm and take a measured approach in an often pressured environment
Team player
Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages
