Manafacturing Chef required (temp to perm) - Chilled environment
Shift patterns Monday to Saturday
Mornings 0500 - 1400
Afternoons 1400 - 2300
Must be flexible on hours and be able to work weekend shifts
Hold a Level 2 & Food Safety Certifications or willing to take
This is a great opportunity to join a massively expanding catering company and grow your way up through the business.
The ideal applicant will:
Be an experienced chef, who has worked in a busy production/factory environment for a minimum of 12 months, ideally 3 years within major catering contract.
Ideally has worked in a similar cook-freeze, cook-chill and/or food production environment.
Basic knowledge of operating ovens - understanding the importance of allergen control - stock rotation date coding
Takes pride in achieving the highest levels of cleanliness and health and safety.
Thrives on achieving factory targets
Continuously learns and improves quality, culture and communication between the team enhancing all the workforces skills.
