A very well established, integrated logistics services business has a great opportunity for an Office & Administration Supervisor with a Logistics background to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis at their site in Doncaster. You will join a friendly, dynamic business with genuine opportunity for progression with a company who are recognised as a leader in their field. This is a Mon - Fri position covering a 37.5 hours with flexibility to work between the hours of 7am to 6pm.

As Office & Administration Supervisor, you will be highly customer oriented with an ability to implement practical solutions for all kinds of operational challenges. Relationship building is a must, both with external clients and the internal stakeholder management team. You will offer guidance and support to the technical administration team ensuring that the flow of work through the business is managed efficiently, in a time critical manner and that any issues are resolved pro-actively without any impact for the end customer. Of course, experience of working with a continuous improvement mentality will be essential with an ability to implement procedures to make everyone's life easier!

This particular role will require you to take ownership of the role, and to manage the department as you see fit. You will be given autonomy for making the department as successful as it can be yet be capable of remaining calm in what can be, at times, a pressured environment. You will also need to possess very strong IT skills, particularly with Excel and Office packages as you will be expected to coach people in this area and be the "go to" person for support.

Superb communication and organisational skills are a given, as well as being highly self-motivated with leadership and supervisory skills. You will have a track record of staff development and enjoy motivating the team to be the best that they can be.
