A hugely successful leading supply chain and distribution business has an immediate opening for an exceptional Account Manager / Key Account Advisor with exposure to the logistics sector. You will join the team in Crick, Northamptonshire on a full time permanent basis. Working Mon to Fri from 10am to 6pm, the company will provide full training in a very friendly, hard working environment from where you can develop your career. Perhaps you will have worked within logistics previously and are looking for that next important step with an organisation that can offer a more structured career path.

Reporting directly into the Senior Account Manager you will provide a first class service to their customer base. The business provides their customers with a unique and high-quality logistics service, and it would be a significant advantage if you have worked previously within logistics and have an appreciation for a fast paced, demanding and, at times, pressured environment.

What is essential, however, is a strong customer service focus, an enthusiastic and positive attitude, a willingness and desire to learn, coupled with exceptional time-management, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will fully understand the importance of delivering an exceptional level of customer service, and this will be at the forefront of everything you do. Attention to detail and a flexible approach to your duties will be required.

In this diverse role you will respond to inbound queries, provide updates regarding deliveries and administration support as well as liaising with customers on the telephone to promote the benefits of the company's logistics solutions. The client is looking for someone with the right positive attitude and professional work ethic.
