Job Description

We are recruiting for an experienced Operations Manager to join a leading Leicester manufacturer. Employing over 130 staff, across 3 sites, and with a turnover in excess of £9 million pounds this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further their career in an internal sales environment. This role is based in Leicester and the working hours are Monday to Friday 08.00 to 16.30 although some flexibility will be required. This role will be offered on a 12 week temp to perm period.


£16,500 to £18,720 per annum depending upon experience

Duties include

Liaising with a range of trade customers as well as internal colleagues
Providing customers with quotations in a prompt manner
Raising job sheets and order processing
Working closely with production to ensure orders are completed on time and within budget
Any other duties as reasonably requested

Key Skills

IT literate with knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel)
Confident on the phone
Efficient and organised
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
