Salary: £40k - £45k per annum (depending on experience)

Full Time, Permanent position


One of the leading providers in the parcel delivery network has an opportunity for an HR Manager to be based at one of their sites in Peterborough.

This is a great position in which you can really shape and guide the company's development and influence the strategic direction of the business through working collaboratively with the senior management team.

It will suit a HR professional whose focus is very much of a commercial nature in addition to other generalist functions. Your HR background will reflect one of working in a fast paced professional HR environment and you will be a minimum of CIPD Level 5 qualified.

It is important that you have a certain gravitas to gain the trust and confidence of the senior management teams by means of your professional credibility, yet you will posses a diplomatic but focused approach in conveying the messages that need to be communicated throughout your teams.

Salary for this opportunity is £40k-£45k plus benefits, working Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for the delivery of the HR message throughout the organisation and your experience will extend to ER, performance, talent and change management, succession planning and team development, employee relations, pay and reward, absence management and recruitment.
  • You will provide insight into HR trends using management information so will also be skilled in planning, numeracy and IT.
