Job Description

I am recruiting for a HR Administrator ASAP which is a six month fixed term contract.
The team supports around 450 workers.

Duties/Typical Day:
· Issuing contracts
· Coordinating new starter inductions
· HR administration
· Support with auctioning new policies and procedures

Essential Skills:
· Organised approach
· Previous experience in a role issuing important docs ie contracts, paperwork etc (solicitors, estate agents, car leasing etc)
· Administration and support
· MS Office
· MS Excel - competent with data
· Able to communicate effectively by phone and in written form
· High attention to detail

Desirable Skills:
· CIPD or working towards this would be great but not essential

Hours of work:
Mon-Fri 9.00-5.00pm with 30 mins lunch

£20-22,00 per annum equivalent
