Health & Safety Business Partner £47,800 to £55,100 depending on experience based in London
You will as the Health & Safety Business Partner be working for a large social housing organisation, giving you an ideal opportunity to enhance your career and CV
You will operate as the lead Health & Safety representative to a business management team.
You will work with internal customers to deliver a first class health and safety service.
You will help drive forward improvements to the organisations health and safety programme.
You will support the head of Health and safety to provide support to directorates to ensure the organisation complies with all legislative requirements.
You will undertake workplace inspections and audits to determine adherence to legislative requirements and health and safety management systems .
You will be responsible for interpreting Health and Safety data, enabling you to guide managers on actions required to make improvements.
You will follow up on accidents and accident records with managers to ensure that investigations and actions are completed satisfactorily .
You must be degree qualified in a relevant qualification and have NEBOSH diploma or equivalent NVQ qualification to be considered for the role.
You will ideally posses and audit qualification
You will be a chartered member of Institution of Occupational Safety and Health or be working towards it.
You will have relevant construction sector experience
You must have experience of working in a similar role and be experience in accident and investigations.
You will be experienced of conducting inspections and audits and preparing reports for senior management to promote continuous development.
You must be able to demonstrate experience of championing and leading discussions about corporate H&S objectives and values.
