We are currently recruiting for several Administration and Customer Service Advisor roles in and around Lincoln and would like to invite suitable candidates to register with us.
Candidates must be flexible to work full or part time hours, available to start work immediately and be happy to work temporary assignments.
You will also need previous office admin and customer service experience, good organisational skills and will also able to prioritise your workload within busy environments.
Duties will include:-
- Answering phone calls from internal and external customers
- Entering information onto the internal systems
- Responding to emails and general enquiries
- Filing, faxing, scanning and other admin tasks
- General day to day office support duties
We are looking for someone who is IT literate and able to use Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel and has the ability to provide a high level of customer service.
